What you share

The project inquiry form collects your name, email address, selected service, project description, and any budget or timeline you choose to provide. Please do not submit passwords, payment card information, health information, or other sensitive records.

Why we use it

We use your inquiry to understand your project, respond to you, and discuss a potential engagement. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. We do not sell inquiry data.

How it is processed

The website is hosted on Cloudflare. Form submissions pass through a server-side Cloudflare function and our Postal email service to Agrohi’s inquiry inbox. Cloudflare processes connection information, including IP addresses, for service delivery and abuse prevention. The form uses IP-based rate limiting. Our application does not intentionally log the body of your inquiry.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics scripts, or a marketing cookie banner. Hosting infrastructure may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site.

Retention and your choices

We retain inquiry correspondence while it is needed to respond, evaluate an engagement, or meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your inquiry information by emailing hello@agrohi.com. Applicable rights and exceptions depend on your location and the circumstances.

Project data is separate

This public inquiry form is not a channel for uploading client production data or regulated records. Any later project involving confidential or regulated data requires separately agreed access, data handling, and contractual terms.
